Trauma & EMDR Therapy

Trauma doesn’t always look the way we expect. It can show up as anxiety, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process and integrate difficult experiences—so they no longer feel as intense or all-consuming.

In our work together, we move at your pace. You won’t be pushed to revisit anything before you’re ready. Instead, we focus on creating safety, building resources, and gently working through what’s been holding you back.

Over time, many clients find they feel lighter, more grounded, and more able to respond to life rather than react from past wounds.

Perinatal & Motherhood Support

Specialized support for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

The transition into motherhood can be beautiful - and also deeply challenging. Many women experience unexpected emotional struggles during pregnancy or after birth, and you are not alone in that.

As a Perinatal Mental Health-Certified (PMH-C) therapist, Sarah is specially trained to support women experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), including:

  • Prenatal & Postpartum depression

  • Prenatal & Postpartum anxiety

  • OCD and intrusive thoughts

  • Birth trauma

  • Adjustment to motherhood and identity shifts

You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, on edge, or not like yourself—and that can be hard to talk about. This space is designed to hold those experiences with compassion and without judgment.

Here, you don’t have to minimize what you’re feeling or “just be grateful.” You get to be honest, supported, and gently guided as you find your footing in this season.
